We strive to deliver your Mediwell products as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing & Shipping Times
All orders placed before midnight (12:00 AM PST) are processed on the same day shipped the following business day.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
🌎 Estimated Delivery Times
United States (Domestic orders): 3–7 business days
International orders: 10–20 business days (depending on customs and carrier delays)
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on weather, carrier capacity, or customs procedures.
Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped.
If you haven’t received your tracking information within 2 business days after ordering, please contact us at info@mediwellusa.com.
🚫 Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
Mediwell USA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
🧾 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments, the recipient may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or local taxes.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by your country’s regulations.
📦 Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with your local carrier first.
If the issue remains unresolved, contact our support team — we’ll assist you in investigating the matter.
Mediwell USA is not liable for carrier-related delays or losses once an order has been dispatched, but we will always do our best to help resolve any issues.
