30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify for a refund, your item must be in clean, undamaged, and re-sellable condition, with all original packaging, inserts, and accessories included.
Products showing signs of extended use, wear, or damage (such as stains, odor, or missing parts) may not be eligible for a full refund.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or pose hygiene or resale concerns.
To start a return, please contact us at info@mediwellusa.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and detailed instructions for sending your package back.
Refunds are only available for products that remain in original condition. Returns based solely on personal preference after use are not eligible.
Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and health protection reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used — including:
Personal care, wellness, or therapeutic items that come in contact with the skin (such as insoles, patches, or massagers)
Gift cards or digital products
Discounted or final sale items
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact our support team before returning it.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We’ll promptly investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please place a new order once your return has been approved and refunded.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

🌍 Orders Shipped to the EU
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason.
